Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 16, 2026
Go All Creative ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use goallcreative.com (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you create an account, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your name, email address, and—if you sign in with Google or another provider—the basic profile information that provider shares.
- Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe through Clerk Billing. We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles payment data under its own security standards. We retain a record of your subscription status and history.
- Educator verification. If you request free educator access, we use your school email address and domain to verify eligibility.
- Usage data. We collect limited technical and usage information (such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address) to operate and improve the Service.
- Cookies. We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and basic analytics. See our Your Privacy Choices page for details and controls.
How we use your information
- To provide and maintain your account and deliver the content you subscribe to.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To verify educator eligibility and grant classroom access.
- To communicate with you about your account, purchases, and support requests.
- To secure the Service and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To understand how the Service is used and to improve it.
Affiliates
We may share personal information with businesses under common ownership or control with Go All Creative(“affiliates”), for purposes such as operating the Service, business administration, and legal compliance. Any affiliate that receives personal information from us is required to handle it consistently with this Privacy Policy.
Students and children
The Service is intended for educators and adult users. When educators use the Service in a classroom, we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing (for example, under the GDPR). You can update most account details from your account settings, or contact us at service@goallcreative.com to exercise any of these rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
State-specific privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence and subject to applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding the personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell, share, or otherwise process — for example, under the privacy laws of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and other states. Where applicable, these rights may include the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information;
- Access the personal information we maintain about you;
- Correct inaccuracies in your personal information;
- Request deletion of your personal information;
- Obtain a copy of certain personal information in a portable format;
- Opt out of the sale of personal information, the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising, or certain profiling activities;
- Limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information, where applicable;
- Appeal a decision we make regarding a privacy rights request, where applicable; and
- Be free from unlawful discrimination or retaliation for exercising your privacy rights.
As described elsewhere in this policy, we do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by these laws — so there is nothing to opt out of or limit today. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and provide the applicable opt-out.
To exercise these rights, please contact us at service@goallcreative.com or use our Your Privacy Choices page. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. If you submit a request through an authorized agent, we may require proof that the agent is authorized to act on your behalf and may also require you to verify your identity directly with us.
If we deny your request, in whole or in part, you may have the right to appeal our decision by contacting us at service@goallcreative.com and stating that you are appealing a privacy rights decision.
We will respond to privacy rights requests within the time required by applicable law (generally within 45 days, extendable by another 45 days when reasonably necessary — we'll tell you if that happens). Some rights may be limited by legal exceptions, including where we need to retain information to provide services, complete transactions, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, protect security, or exercise legal rights.
Where required by applicable law, we also honor recognized browser-based or device-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for residents of states where such signals must be honored. See our Your Privacy Choicespage for details. We do not respond to the legacy “Do Not Track” browser signal, which is not consistently implemented across browsers.
California residents
Go All Creative is a California entity, so in addition to the state-specific rights above, this section covers a few California-specific items directly:
- Applicable law.The rights described in “State-specific privacy rights” above are provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.). Our handling of browser privacy signals follows the California Online Privacy Protection Act, CalOPPA (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 22575).
- Notice at collection.This Privacy Policy serves as our notice at collection: the “Information we collect” section above lists the categories of personal information we collect at or before the point we collect it (for example, when you create an account or submit the contact form), and “How we use your information” explains why. We collect these categories directly from you, from your device automatically, and from the service providers listed below.
- Shine the Light (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83).California law lets residents ask, once a year and free of charge, what personal information we've disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, so there is nothing to report — contact us at service@goallcreative.comif you'd like written confirmation of this.
- Financial incentives. Verified educators receive a discounted subscription price (see For Educators). That discount is based only on confirming a qualifying school email address — it is not conditioned on you giving up any privacy right, and we do not sell or use your personal information to fund it.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes.
Accessibility
We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities, and we aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. See our Accessibility statement for details and how to report a barrier.
