Terms of Service

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent, guardian, or institution, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans (such as All-Access, billed monthly or annually) give you access to premium content for the duration of your subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Fees are charged through our payment processor (Stripe, via Clerk Billing). Prices may change; we will give notice of changes before they apply to your next renewal.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Educator access

Verified educators may receive free access for classroom use. Educator access is for the verified educator and their students for educational purposes only, is non-transferable, and may be revoked if eligibility cannot be verified or if access is misused.

License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content for your own (or, for educators, classroom) use. You agree not to:

• download, copy, record, redistribute, sell, or publicly perform the content except as expressly allowed;
• share your account or circumvent any access controls, paywalls, or signed-URL protections;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its security; or
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of others' rights.

Intellectual property

The Service and its content—including videos, the Super Creatives interviews, the Go All Creative EDU series, text, graphics, and logos—are owned by Go All Creative or its content contributors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Third-party services and links

The Service relies on and links to third-party services (including Clerk, Stripe, Cloudflare, YouTube, and the BOOST game store). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go All Creative will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
